The nomination period for the Hong Kong Student Science Project Competition (HKSSPC) 2025 has begun. We are offering a series of training seminars and workshops for all participants to enhance their understanding of scientific experimentation. These workshops aim to improve students’ skills in experimental design, research skills, data analysis, design thinking, social innovation, and presentation skills. These skills are crucial for participating in the science competition as they help students conduct research, solve problems, innovate, and effectively communicate their findings. This year, we have introduced the Social Innovation Workshop for the first time, providing students with the opportunity to learn how to apply scientific knowledge and technology to address social issues.
