Latest Arrangement of HKSSPC 2020

In consideration of the development of COVID-19, the Initial Judging and Final Judging of HKSSPC 2020 will be changed to closed-door format.

Initial Judging

The Initial Judging will be held on 15 August 2020 (Sat) and conducted either physically in the Hong Kong Science Park or virtually via Zoom Cloud Meetings. There will not be project exhibition.

The judging of the Junior Division will be in the morning (9:00 am – 11:00 am) and the judging of the Senior Division will be in the afternoon (1:00 pm – 3:00 pm). Teams will be assigned with different timeslots and present their projects at different judging rooms.

Teams are advised to prepare a poster not bigger than A1 size and a PowerPoint (optional) for the project presentation.

Final Judging cum Award Presentation Ceremony

The Final Judging cum Award Presentation Ceremony will be held on 16 August 2020 (Sun) from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Hong Kong Science Park. Shortlisted teams (Finalists) will receive an email about the schedule of the Final Judging after the Initial Judging.

Project Submission

Please be reminded to submit your project on or before 23:59 26 July 2020 (Sun).
